Local Church Leadership Requirement
Leadership experience means leading a ministry in a local church such as: pastor, missionary, youth leader, children’s leader, small group leader, worship leader etc.
The leadership experience can be achieved through several years of part-time experience. One year of full-time work in a local church is about 2,000 hours, so a student must show that he or she has served at least that amount of time. For example, this can be ten hours a week for four years or twenty hours a week for two years. Hours must be verified by a local church leader. The leadership experience can be concurrent with matriculation at ICCL-DLC.
